Barrel Basket pay off for rod breakdown line

This kind of barrel paf off is the supporting equipment as a part of rod breakdown line and double twist stranding machine line. It is usually used in the conductor drawing machine line. The barrel is a litter different from the normal barrel, the stick of the barrel is covered by the plastic tube for protecting the conductor in the barrel. So the conductor can be intact.
